The Alpha Hydrox Optimum Series, Retinol Night ResQ, Anti-Wrinkle Firming Complex claims to be one of the best when it comes to eliminating wrinkles due to its patented Microsponge system which is able to deliver nutrients to your skin in a time-released manner. With its nightly use, it claims to provide a dramatic transformation in your skin by reducing wrinkles and fine lines, firming and toning of the skin, pores are made smaller and the skin’s natural glow is also said to be restored.

Some of the ingredients included in Retinol Night ResQ are Vitamins A, C and E. It claims that these vitamins are able to help the skin in repairing damages and restoring it to its younger looking appearance. These vitamins are usually present in a lot of creams because they indeed are needed by the skin to produce new cells and repair damages. Also, they also work as antioxidants as they have the ability to eliminate free radicals from the body and slow down the effects of aging. Together with the Microsponge system, it should be able to provide your skin with a constant supply of these vitamins throughout the whole night. This way, the repair of your skin is continually and you don’t have to keep re-applying the cream.

– Contains vitamins that are needed by the body to repair the skin and eliminate free radicals
– Has a Microsponge system which delivers the ingredients to your skin in a constant dose throughout the night

– Has no other ingredients that can eliminate wrinkles and fine lines besides the vitamins
– Can only be used at night so you will need a separate morning cream

Conclusion: Unfortunately, relying on these vitamins alone may not be enough to give you the results that you want. Almost all other creams make use of other ingredients that are specially made for improving the elasticity of the skin and its appearance. Some examples are matrixyl and argireline. Without these ingredients, it would be very hard for a cream to just rely on vitamins to eliminate signs of aging such as wrinkles and fine lines. Aside from just relying on vitamins, it is only used during the night and you will need a separate cream during the morning. This puts it at a great disadvantage as it will be a hassle to use two different creams for night and day, as opposed to creams that can be used at both times.
